LuuBet Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LuuBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and LuuBet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the LuuBet website and any associated services available at luubet.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain an account on LuuBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your membership.

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. LuuBet strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any account found to belong to a person below the legal age will be immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — LuuBet accounts cannot be registered in the name of a company, trust, partnership, or any other non-individual entity.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of LuuBet or its affiliated companies.

LuuBet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each person may hold only one (1) LuuBet account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited. If LuuBet identifies that a member holds more than one account, any bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts will be forfeited and the accounts may be merged or closed at LuuBet's discretion.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

LuuBet conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's licence, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement not older than three months)
• Additional documentation if required by regulatory guidelines or for specific transaction reviews

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LuuBet login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account details with any third party under any circumstances.

All bets placed and transactions made from your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally placed them. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify LuuBet support immediately at support@luubet.best.

• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Do not access the platform from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of account security — this option is available free of charge in your account settings.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any unexpected transactions or changes to your account details.

LuuBet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to follow reasonable security practices as outlined in these Terms.

LuuBet accepts deposits through the following Philippine-supported payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits are generally reflected in your LuuBet account within a few minutes of successful processing by the payment provider. Processing times may vary during peak hours, bank maintenance windows, or due to issues outside LuuBet's control.

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Current minimums are displayed at the time of deposit on the platform.
• LuuBet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• LuuBet reserves the right to request verification of funding sources and to reverse deposits made from unverified or mismatched sources.

Members may request withdrawals of available account balances (real money balance, excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) to a verified payment method registered in their name.

• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take one to two business days.
• LuuBet may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure.
• Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used, where technically possible, to satisfy regulatory requirements.
• LuuBet does not charge withdrawal fees as a general rule, though third-party payment providers may levy their own transaction charges.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page for each available method.

LuuBet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is an active investigation into potential fraud, bonus abuse, or any suspected violation of these Terms. Members will be notified of any delay and given the opportunity to provide information relevant to the review.

LuuBet offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all LuuBet bonuses.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated pending winnings will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the validity period.
• Each LuuBet account is entitled to claim each welcome or new-member promotion once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all funds.
• LuuBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not unfairly disadvantage members who have already begun meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
• Bonuses can only be claimed by the account holder and are non-transferable.
• For the Refer a Friend programme: the referring member earns a reward when the referred person registers a new LuuBet account using the referral link and completes their first qualifying deposit. Rewards are credited after verification and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the referral programme terms.

By placing a bet or playing any game on LuuBet, you accept the result as final once it has been officially confirmed and settled on the platform, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., the PBA for Philippine basketball, the UFC for MMA events). If a game or event is abandoned before completion, LuuBet will apply the specific voiding rules stated in the sport-specific betting rules available on the platform.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted and settled based on the live state of the event at the time the bet is accepted. LuuBet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice at any time.
• Postponed Events: If an event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will generally stand. Events rescheduled beyond 48 hours will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• Slots and Casino Games: All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player percentages are available for each game. Technical malfunctions void all affected plays and stakes are returned.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a result has been settled incorrectly, contact LuuBet support within 72 hours of the event outcome being published. LuuBet will review the dispute and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of LuuBet following a dispute review is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LuuBet. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or using more than one LuuBet account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to access the platform, scrape data, or place bets in a way that circumvents normal usage patterns.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or incorrectly posted odds. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided and stakes returned or adjusted accordingly.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes, including in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting that uses LuuBet bonus funds in a way that constitutes abuse of the bonus system.
• Making deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name, or otherwise attempting to launder funds through the platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks with a payment provider without first contacting LuuBet support to resolve the issue. Unilateral chargebacks are treated as a breach of these Terms and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

LuuBet is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all LuuBet account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a period of your choosing. During this period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or access your funds for wagering.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the LuuBet platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any LuuBet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use the LuuBet brand or logo in any context without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, LuuBet's liability to any member in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• LuuBet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• LuuBet is not liable for disruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• LuuBet's total liability for any claim related to a specific transaction is limited to the value of that transaction.
• Nothing in these Terms limits LuuBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that LuuBet cannot guarantee any particular outcome. You accept full responsibility for all gambling decisions made on the platform.

LuuBet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members by email and/or via a notice displayed on the platform before the changes take effect.
